Disparition de l’ancien président de KPPA

The Kampot Pepper Promotion Association (KPPA), of which Confirel is a member, expressed its great sadness following the death of its former president Mr. Ngoun Lay.

“Mr. Ngoun Lay was a dedicated leader who devoted his life to promoting and preserving the world-famous Kampot pepper, ensuring its quality for future generations. Through his hard work and vision, he played a key role in the success of Kampot pepper and made a lasting impact on our community. His kindness, wisdom, and strong support for local farmers will never be forgotten. Our sincere condolences go out to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of working with him. Mr. Ngoun Lay will be deeply missed, but his legacy will live on in the Kampot pepper name and in the hearts of all who knew him”, KPPA has written.
